Who we are

The 30-Day Spoken English Kit is a digital product sold on digital.appixa.in under the brand Appixa Digital, operated by Appixa Software Services, Chopan, Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh 231205, India.

Terms of Use

• The kit is a digital product (PDF files). It is delivered as a download link by email after successful payment.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. It is a one-time payment; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• The files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, reselling, uploading or publicly posting the files, in full or in part, is not permitted.
• The content is educational. Progress depends on your own daily practice, and no specific result, exam score or job outcome is guaranteed.
• We may update the product content to improve it. Buyers keep access to the version they purchased.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 7-day refund: if the kit does not help you, write to us within 7 days of purchase with your order number or payment email. No questions asked.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).
• After 7 days from purchase, refunds are not available because the full digital content has been delivered.
• If you were charged twice or payment was deducted without an order, contact us and we will refund the extra amount.
• Cancellation: as delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment, but it is covered by the 7-day refund above.

Digital Delivery (Shipping) Policy

• No physical product is shipped. The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 2 minutes of payment.
• The link is valid for 7 days and up to 10 downloads. If it expires or you did not receive the email (please also check Spam/Promotions), contact us and we will send a new link free of charge.

Privacy Policy

• We collect your name, email and phone number only to deliver your order, provide support, and (if you choose) add you to the practice group.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• This website uses the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising. Your email and phone are shared with Meta only in hashed (encrypted) form for this purpose. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
• Delivery emails are sent through our email provider (Brevo).
• We do not sell or rent your personal data. To access or delete your data, write to the email below.
